I have bottled my own beer back in Korea, but today is different.

200 litres of beer in one go. Nothing like my small batches at home. Brendan showed how to sterilise the bottles and caps, and how to do this quickly and efficiently.

After all this we got to taste the fresh beer and enjoy the sun before getting to work on some label designs for the project.
